Art Magazine

I need the name of a really weird Art magazine…!?
I was at the convenient store at the University of Dayton and I found this really odd Art magazine. Of course, I forgot to write down what the name of the magazine was, and now I can’t remember it. It has a really unique and bizarre name, and I’m pretty sure it has the word “Circus” in the name. Like, extraordinary circus… or extraterrestrial circus… I don’t know!
I remember the subscription price was kind of high and the magazine only comes in once every other month (or something like that)
HELP!
Here is an (albeit incomplete) list of art magazines, but the word “Circus” does not appear in any of the titles. I’ve provided it on the off-chance that the cover may have had a circus (or the word appeared on the cover) but it was not necessarily the name of the magazine (and perhaps one of these titles will trigger your memory):

In particular, please check out Border Crossings, a magazine published quarterly from Manitoba, Canada that investigates contemporary Canadian and International art and culture and has explored themes like Circus:

Hope this helps!!!
